Terms and Conditions of Sale

This page tells you the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we (CO Design Studio) sell products listed on this website to you.

Please read these Terms carefully. It is a condition of placing an order with us that you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to them. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any products from our website.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Every time you order any products from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us. These Terms set out the whole of our agreement and will not be varied without our written consent.

• Extra costs apply to changes on first designs. An extra charge will come into affect when additional changes exceed 1hour of design time spent. A quote on the additional charges needs to be approved in writing before commencement of changes to designs.

• Printing excludes delivery costs

• Printed products can be collected from premises in Pretoria East, Gauteng, South Africa

• **Prices starting at (price). May increase, depending on requirements.

• Request a quote on printing custom quantities, finishing and sizes

Price of products and delivery charges

The prices of the products will be as quoted on our website from time to time and doesn’t include the cost of delivery. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed verbally.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on our website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the products at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

•  Create an account and fill in all of your details so that we can contact you.

•  We will not ask you for any sensitive information (credit cards, password or banking info) as all payments are done off site, at your own discretion via EFT or cash arrangements. All other personal information collected on this site will stay private and will never be shared.

• Please email or Whatsapp the Proof of Payment of 50% deposit.

• Upload your artwork at the File Share page for us to process the printing order. This can be done before or after placing your order at checkout.

•  Full balance required before printed product is delivered or final design files are sent.

• If you did not receive the invoice within 1 hour, please contact us urgently at 072 649 5756 or email to info@codesignstudio.co.za. You can also pop us a message in the chat box at the bottom right for a quick response to any queries you may have

Delivery & Collection

All orders as set for collection from Pretoria East, unless you specify otherwise.

Products will be delivered to the address received. Delivery takes between 7-10 working days from the date of your order placed.

Your product will only be shipped once full payment has been received for the order.

You will become the owners of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to or collected by you. Once they have been delivered to or collected by, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.

 

How to pay

All payments must be made in advance. No designs or printing will commence without Proof of Payment received for at least 50% deposit of quoted design or product. No final product or design will be sent without receiving Proof of Full Payment of initial quote.

Payments need to be made to the banking details received on the official quotation received.
 

Our liability

If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, at your option to either to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Except where we cannot legally exclude or limit our liability we will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profits, business or goodwill or for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising under or in connection with the contract; and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

 

Intellectual property

All designs, images, graphics and other materials are the property of CO Design Studio. You must not make copies of any CO Design Studio products or designs without our express prior written permission.
